THE PRICE INCLUDES:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas)
• Linen (for bathroom, bedroom, kitchen with weekly change)
• Use of the kitchen and outdoor barbecue
• Initial cleaning
• Parking
• Use of the swimming pool

TOURIST TAX:   Not applicable

CHILDREN

• 0-3 years old, free of charge
• Cot upon request included

EXTRAS

• Aria condizionata / riscaldamento: €10 al giorno
  
• Final cleaning   €50
• Extra bed:   € 5 per day per person
• Small pets:   €50 a settimana

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

• Check-in:   from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, to be arranged by phone
• Check-out:   by 10:00 am

PAYMENT METHODS

• The booking request must be accepted by the Owners via email to be binding for both parties.
• At the time of booking, 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer.
• Payment receipt must be sent to the info@molinoverde.it, specifying the name of the booker, date of stay, telephone number, chosen apartment.
• Confirmation of the reservation will be made by our staff.
• The balance must be paid upon key delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• In case of cancellation of the reservation, the total amount of the deposit paid will be retained.
• In case of no-show on the reservation date, and in case of early departures that do not allow us to make the accommodation available to another customer, Agriturismo Molino Verde reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay.
• The retained deposit can be valid for a subsequent booking, if applicable.
